Herbert C Hilton

Herbert Charles “Herbie” Hilton, 41, of Union Bridge, died on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at home.

Born on November 5, 1974 in Pennsylvania. He was the loving husband of Susan “Nikki” Hilton and son of Janette Cornell Shamer and step-father Frank Shamer of Sykesville.  He was a truck driver.

In addition to his wife, mother and step-father, he is survived by three children, Austin Wayne Lizor of Eldersburg, Tristen Charles Hilton of Union Bridge and Cheyene River Hilton of Union Bridge; a sister Julie Redifer of Taneytown, and a brother Mark Fletcher of Westminster.  Also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Services, 254 E. Main Street, Westminster MD, with the Rev. Richard L. Michael officiating.  Interment will be private.

Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
