I'm a Carver graduate from back in the day when Mr. Haj worked there. He was not my teacher but during those times every teacher at Carver was your teacher. Mr. Haj's passing was posted on a Carver alumni page and I just want you to know that his past students loved him dearly. On behalf of the Carver Graduates of Baltimore City United please accept our deepest condolences and thank you for sharing him with students that he helped elevate to their greatness.

Dear Kenna and Family,

Very sorry to learn of Ken's passing. He was a very nice person whose company I enjoyed when we had occasion to be together.

I would like convey my condolences to the Haj family. The last time I saw Ken was at a family reunion gathering at Eleanor Welbas daughter, Monica. That was about 10 years ago. My relationship to Kenny was, we were cousins. My Grandmother Lottie was sister to Kenny's Mom, Marie. My prayers and well wishes go out to the family.

We are so sorry for the loss and sadness that you and your entire family are suffering with dearest Kenna. The blessing comes from knowing that our precious brother in Christ Kenny is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ experiencing no more suffering no more pain and is praising his Savior along with all who have gone on before him. We will always remember enjoying The Frederick Keys games and concerts in the park with the two of you as well as fellowshiping in church. You will always have our love and our prayers continue for you and your dear family precious Kenna. We are so thankful to know that you are our dear sister in Christ Kenna and that we will be together with our Savior for all eternity someday.

To the Haj family, I am truly sorry for your loss you will be in my continued thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time! It was a pleasure to have known Ken - it was so much fun durring the softball days! He showed a lot of love and passion for his family and I just know he will still be watching over you all ! I know I’ll think of him every time I have the SciFi channel on with a smile on my face!
