It is with sadness that I extend my sympathies in the death of Rose Ann who was not only a colleague at DHMH but a warm and loving person. I know that over the years she contributed greatly to the important work of preserving medical care for women and children through the MD Medicaid Program.
Please know that God will see you, her loved ones, through this "valley". You need only to ask. He is right beside you in your grief. Know, also, that Rose Ann is now at Peace.
