I knew Bill many years ago and he was always a good guy. I have not seen him for many years. But I am sure he was still a good guy. I am praying for him and the family. As he shed his earthly body Heavenly Father was ready for his arrival and had a special place waiting for him. He is now with those who have gone on before. and in time we all will join him.

I only had the pleasure of taking care of Mr. Frock a handful of times but everytime I was there he was so very pleasant and nice. It was a joy to help out for the little time I was able to. Prayers and love to your family during this sad time. God bless

Have very fond memories of working with Bill at Carroll County Roads. Would always thing of him when we go by the house. Our thoughts are with the family.

Mr Bill was such a wonderful man!!! He was a kind gentle soul!! He will be greatly missed!!! My prayers are with all of the family in there time of need!!! My God welcome him into his kingdom with open arms!!!
