Kevin Wayne Riffey

Kevin Wayne Riffey, 37, of Westminster, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017, at Carroll Hospital.  Born Oct. 18, 1980 in Westminster, he was the son of Janet L. Dixon of Westminster and the late Earnest Wayne Riffey. 

He had worked for Jiffy Lube, enjoyed fishing and spending time with his children.

Besides his mother, he is survived by devoted companion, Teresa Schaeffer of Westminster;  2 sons Kyle Wayne Riffey and Ryan Scott Riffey of Westminster; sisters Kimberly Farney of Westminster and Amanda Riffey of Gettysburg, PA; maternal grandmother Joyce J. Dixon of Manchester; Aunt Dona Jennings of Florida; Aunt Christina Dixon of Manchester; Aunt Rose Gosnell of Sykesville and Uncle Charles Burkett of Manchester.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster.  Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m. with Deacon Charles Barnhart officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family defray funeral expenses.
