President, Funeral Director
Dale Fletcher was born in Winchester, VA and moved to Westminster with his family in 1968. He graduated from Westminster High School in 1974 and received his A.A. degree in Mortuary Science from the Catonsville Community College in 1976. He holds a Maryland Mortician/Funeral Director's license and is a member of the National Funeral Director's Association, Tri-County Funeral Director's Association, the Westminster Elks Lodge, member and past commander of the Sons of the American Legion Carroll Post #31, Door to Virtue Masonic Lodge #46 AF & AM, and the Beehive Club. He is also past president of the Westminster Jaycees and former Vice President of the Maryland Jaycees.
He has been employed at Fletcher Funeral Home, PA since 1974 and is the current owner and President.
Dale resides in Westminster, is married to Teresa Fletcher and has four children and six grandchildren. He is a member and past council member of Grace Lutheran Church. He enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing, and is an avid Maryland Terrapin and Washington Redskin fan.
Funeral Director
Tom Fletcher was born and raised in Westminster and graduated from Francis Scott Key High School. He received a B.S. degree in Business Management from Salisbury University and his A.A.in Mortuary Science from the Community College of Baltimore County. He holds a Maryland Mortician/Funeral Director's License, Insurance License and is a Certified Crematory Operator. He is also a member of the National Funeral Directors Association, Maryland State Funeral Directors Association, Tri-County Funeral Directors Association(Past President), Grace Lutheran Church and Westminster Elks Lodge. Tom resides in Westminster with wife Shannon, son Landon, daughter Emri and enjoys sports, traveling and is an avid Washington Redskin fan.
Funeral Director
Heather was born and raised in Carroll County and is a graduate of South Carroll High School. Daughter of the late Ronald F. and Robyn Haight Hoff, Heather first became interested in working with bereaved families as a small child spending time at her grandparents’ funeral home. Heather began her career at Fletcher’s as an apprentice and Funeral Director and rejoins them after serving funeral homes in Montgomery County and on the Eastern Shore. Compassionate and dedicated, she brings fresh, innovative, and personalized ideas for families and is honored to have the privilege to help create a celebration of life for a family’s loved one. She received her A.A. in Mortuary Science from Catonsville Community College. She holds a Maryland Mortician/Funeral Director’s License and is a past Treasurer of the Board of the Maryland State Funeral Directors’ Association. She also works with adults with disabilities, helping them to live independently and achieve their goals. She and her therapy dog, Simba, volunteer at local nursing homes, libraries and adult day programs where they delight in bringing joy and smiles to the seniors and kids of our community. Heather lives in Westminster and has a deep love for music and animals and enjoys the outdoors, walking, horseback riding, and camping.

Jim was born in Baltimore and lived in Baltimore County before moving to Westminster in 1978. He is a veteran of the United States Navy having honorably served as an E4 Engineman from 1967 – 1973. Jim’s past work history includes auto mechanic, auto parts business owner, tire salesman at Barnes Service Center, and limousine driver for a Touch of Elegance Limousine Service. He is past president of the Westminster Optimist Club and Westminster Little League and a Life Member of Optimist International.
Jim has been employed at Fletcher Funeral Home since 2013.
Jim resides in Westminster, is married to Nancy Litz and has two children and two grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, TV news shows, listening to oldies music, cruising, and is an avid Ravens and Orioles fan.

Mary Lou grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland and graduated from Gaithersburg High School. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of Maryland and worked for the Federal Government (National Institute of Standards and Technology) for 40 years before retiring. She currently resides in Westminster, and she enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and spending time with her two sons Sean and Charlie. Mary Lou joined the Fletcher staff in January 2020.

Bob was born and raised in Baltimore. He spent 20 years working for Pepsi Cola as the Head of Operations. He then spent 10 years running a trucking company, and 20 more years as a Real Estate Associate Broker. He currently resides in Westminster with his wife Susie. Bob started working with the Fletcher staff in October of 2021.

Adam
Caprarola was raised in Westminster, MD. He graduated from Winters Mill High
School in 2007. He enjoys hiking, fishing, history, the sciences, travel, and
animals. He is passionate in his work and takes pride in working for Fletcher’s.
Adam joined the Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Services staff in September
2022. He helps out with funerals, setting monuments, and is interested in being
a certified crematory operator.
Funeral Assistant
Sarah
Post was born and raised in Thornton, Colorado. She graduated from Horizon High
School in 2021, having lettered academically all four years. She recently moved
to Maryland in July 2021. She is currently attending Carroll Community College
to get her Associates of Applied Science in Biology. Sarah is a volunteer EMT
at Reese Volunteer Fire Company, where she proudly serves her community, as
well as partakes in the weekly bingo on Thursday evenings. Sarah joined the
Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Services staff in November 2022, where she is
grateful to have the opportunity to help the community through grieving times.
