Our deepest sympathy to our sister Louise and to Johns children and family. We are glad that we got to see John in the nursing home and to listen to Louise playing the piano and John joining in singing with her.

2/18/12 Saturday

To the family of John Byron Wagner, Jr.:

To John's devoted wife of 27+ years Louise (Repass) Wagner who is one of my sisters;

To John's children-Joyce, JB, Ronnie (wife Mindi); 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; sister Alverta; the family of each of you; church family; friends; and neighbors:

John's passing is a great loss to many in several ways.  John is the last of our brothers-in-law in our Repass family of 10 siblings.

Several of us visited him in the nursing home, and we were encouraged when he joined in our singing of hymns as Louise played the piano.

We also had a good, hearty laugh when John took off on country singer George Jones's song "..Just because I asked a friend about her, Just because I spoke her name some where, Just because I dialed her number by mistake today ... She thinks I still care..."  John has a great voice for singing.

That is a good picture of John with his obituary.

May each of you find the peace of God during this time.  It is wonderful to know that each one who repents, confesses, and believes in the Lord Jesus Christ shall be saved and reuinited in Heaven with a new body!

Sincerely,

Peggy         e-mail: prgreene@mindspring.com
